DE-STRESS Easier said than done, “I know!” but long term stress can slow bowel function leading to constipation, as a result toxins build and back up making liver detoxification, fat loss extremely difficult not to mention life rather uncomfortable! Simple ways to de-stress include: Calming music, Epsom salt bath, Exercise, Dancing, Time with friends.
2 – VITAMIN A Boosts immunity, lowers risk of infection and supports wound healing, so make sure you get plenty of what I like to call the A-TEAM! (sorry):Carrots, Sweet Potato, Kale, Cabbage, Wild Alaskan Salmon, Grass fed Beef.
