15 of the Personal Space elite trainers and clients took part in the Tough Mudder on May 6.
Training was ramped up with one month to go, working on building stamina for the 10.4 mile course and upper body strength for the multiple hanging obstacles.
The day itself was brilliant with EVERYONE working so well as a team and with many of the obstacles impossible to complete without at least one team member either hauling you up a 12 ft wall or allowing you to step all over them to reach the goal.
It really was an inspirational team event and we got through obstacles such as the “artic enema”, “everest” and the “electric shock treatment” with only physical scars… the mental one’s should heal in time.
Overall we raised nearly £4000 building towards our overall target of £100,000 by the end of the year.
Thank you everyone, we couldn’t have done it without you!
