Our small group training sessions, limited to a maximum of six participants, provide an ideal environment for achieving results while enjoying individual attention and fostering camaraderie.
With the use of Myzone heart rate belts, we effectively monitor your intensity throughout the sessions, ensuring that you stay engaged and motivated.
This technology not only tracks your performance during our training but also helps you maintain consistency in your workouts, both within Personal Space and during your external training activities. Experience the perfect blend of support and friendly competition, as you work.
If you book a block of 10 sessions then you receive complimentary mini assessment assessing body composition, strength, your goals to ensure we make these sessions as beneficial and individualised as possible to you .
