With a BSc Hons in Sport & Exercise Science from St Mary’s University and over 13 years of hands-on coaching experience, Charlie has worked with clients from all levels and backgrounds – from busy professionals and fitness enthusiasts to competitive athletes striving for peak performance.
This diverse experience has sharpened his ability to apply the principles of Sport & Exercise Science in a variety of real-world settings, helping people train effectively to look, feel and perform their best.
Charlie believes that intentional, progressive training isn’t just a means to an end – it’s a lifelong practice that, when done well, can be a powerful tool that builds character and skills that apply to every aspect of one’s life.
Beyond coaching, Charlie lives and breaths what he preaches. As an athlete, he has competed in rugby, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, and powerlifting, and more recently he’s tested himself in half marathons and Hyrox events. His personal experience gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to train hard and make long term progress across a range of disciplines.
Outside the gym, Charlie enjoys good food, great company, and all things sport. Whether he’s cooking for friends, watching sport, or supporting his clients, his passion for performance and self-improvement is always at the core of what he does.
