ABOUT NATALIE
I’m a Pilates instructor with a lifelong love for movement and over 25 years in the fitness industry. I’ve taught just about every style of group exercise you can imagine, and I also work one-to-one, creating personal programmes that truly fit each individual’s needs.
Pilates stole my heart because it builds the foundation of strength that supports every other type of training. It’s the secret to preventing injuries, keeping our bodies mobile and flexible, and helping us move with ease—not just in workouts, but in everyday life.
