Health Assessment
What's included?
Our Health Assessment provides a comprehensive 360-degree analysis of your fitness, mobility, and overall well-being.
This includes Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing to understand your body’s energy expenditure, InBody composition analysis for detailed insights into muscle, fat, and hydration levels, and VO2 max testing to assess cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
We also conduct strength and power testing using VALD force plates to measure force output and imbalances, alongside a mobility screening to identify movement limitations.
Additionally, our in-house physiotherapist/osteopath performs a thorough musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment to detect any areas of concern or injury risk.
All findings are compiled into a personalised report, outlining your results and key areas to focus on, with clear goals to work towards over the next 3-6 months, ensuring a structured and targeted approach to your health and performance.

Our Performance Testing provides a comprehensive 360-degree analysis of your strength, power, endurance, and mobility to help you reach your full potential.
This includes Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing to understand your body’s energy expenditure, InBody composition analysis for detailed insights into muscle, fat, and hydration levels, and VO2 max testing to assess cardiovascular fitness.
We utilize VALD force plates for strength and power testing, alongside muscular capacity assessments targeting key muscle groups such as the hamstrings, quads, glutes, and shoulder stability, as well as trunk capacity testing to evaluate core strength and control.
A full mobility screening and a musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment by our in-house physiotherapist/osteopath help identify any imbalances or areas of concern. All findings are compiled into a personalized report, outlining key areas for improvement, and you’ll receive a tailored 3-month training program delivered via TrueCoach, ensuring you have the structure and guidance needed to maximize your performance.
